Rain Cowls / Rain Canopies

TEC electric motors have a created a range of Rain Cowls / Motor Canopies to suit their entire portfolio of industrial electric motors from 56 to 355 frame. They have been cleverly designed using highest quality materials such as stainless steal bolts to stop the intrusion of rain and foreign objects from entering the non drive end through the fan cowl.

Rain cowls also protect the motor, fan and cowl from solid objects such stones and gravel!

TEC electric motors carry stock of the complete range therefore lead times are very short. Being constructed in house also means the price is very competitive!

Typical applications for rain cowled industrial electric motors are vertically mounted shaft down postions, in tropical outdoors environments for example cooling towers.
